At New Style, we have a 30-day return policy. This means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:
- It must be in the same condition that you received it.
- The item must be unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
- You must provide the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, please contact us at newstyle.ocm@gmail.com. After sending your message, please wait for our response, in which we will provide you with the address to send the items after your request.
Once your return is accepted, we will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Any items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if:
- The item is defective or damaged.
- You received the wrong item.
We will evaluate the issue and work to resolve it as quickly as possible.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, including:
- Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, plants).
- Custom or personalized products.
- Personal care items (e.g., beauty products).
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.
We also do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you receive the item you want is to first return the item you have. Once your return is accepted, you can place a new order for the desired item.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is being shipped to a country within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification.
The returned item must be:
- In the same condition that you received it.
- Unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
- Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
